Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
- Shoes can be returned or exchanged within TWO business days of purchase.
- Agree with manager on timing of possible returns when buying shoes for others.
- WORN and/or SOILED shoes are NOT returnable.
- No refunds or replacements for shoes damaged through ‘wear and tear’.
- A 10% re-stocking fee is applicable on all returns.
Special Order Policy

- We accept orders for any style made by any of our vendors, even styles we do not regularly stock.
- No shipping and/or handling charges for orders!
- Availabilty and timing will be determined at the time of order.
- Special order shoes are NOT returnable.
